He/she should exhibit exemplary leadership skills to be a good leader, and he/she should lead through service in addition to understanding the importance of keeping his/her followers motivated. I am truly inspired by God; just take a look at the beauty of nature among the bees, grasshoppers, and ants and you will understand what I mean. I am also inspired when youth unite as one force whether it be on issues of climate change and environmental protection, or equal rights and justice.
